Terms & Conditions Cabinet ERA - Wholesale Cabinet & Vanities
For our valued customers, please double-check all items before signing. Sales are final after signing.
1. Payment Policy
Full payment is due before Pick-up or Delivery. If payment is made by Check (CH), funds must be verified first before the order is released.
2. Returned Payments
If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or any other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35 returned check fee.
3. Unclaimed Orders / Storage Fees
Orders that have not been accepted after 3 weeks of purchase will be stored at the client's expense. Storage fees will accrue on a monthly basis at the rate of $50 per pallet.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted for store credit only. The following items cannot be returned:
- Assembled cabinets
- Modified cabinets
- Special order cabinets
All other returns and cancellations are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee.
